Thursday (21st) and Sunday (24th)…

Sometimes in any relationship you get this feeling in your gut that it’s time for a chat, a face-to-face chance to catch up, to hear from one another.  We’re gathering tonight (Thursday) at the Peasant Cookery at 8:00 p.m. for something like that, and I’m looking forward to it very much.

On Sunday morning at The Exchange we’ll do something a bit different as well.  There will be a teaching time, but we’ll also take some time to check in with the community about the series we’re in. I’ve realized from some of the emails and conversations I’ve been having that it can be tough for some of us to understand why we would be digging around in the stuff we are, and for some people it’s quite disconcerting and easily misunderstood.  So, we’re going to have a chat.  (No one will insist that you participate in any way that will be uncomfortable for you – if what you need from a community time is just to be there and listen in, you’ll be free to do that.  If you need a chance for your voice to be heard, there will be that too).

Hope you can join us for one or another of these gatherings and conversations.  I’m looking forward to them – I think we’ve got lots to talk about!
